By far a perfect laptop for what I needed. Web, Office and mobile - thin, good looking and power behind it.
Great buy if you looking for a ultra portable laptop with great performance and stylish look. I will admit the biggest downfall is the battery life...3-4 hrs max. Which based on new ultra notebooks coming to the market these days - is too short. An outlet is never too far away for to long -
Taking the laptop as is - it works great. No complaints- prob about a 3 in ranking. It was pretty basic everyday laptop.
However after adding a 128 SSD, 4GB Ram & 64 OS - this thing flies! Would have bumped to a 5 if the battery life was around 5-6 hours. Definitely recommend doing if you decide to get before the stocks run dry.

overpriced due to dell outlet sells this for $325. with $600 you could already buy the vostro v130 with i3 processor. I rate this 5 stars due to the design and weight of laptop is nice and i personally love it due to already having one. Beware this is overpriced

I find it absolutely incredible, that Dell can let these stellar machines go, for a mere 350.00
If you poke around, you can find them at this price, though they are becoming scarce.
For a few dollars more than a lowly, in-efficient netbook, you can get this Dell V13, boasting
a HD 13.3 inch WS display, in a semi-glossy (more matte) finish.
It also features a slick, uber-thin brushed aluminum caseing, that is nothing short of gorgeous.
You get a dual core processor, 2 GB of ram, plenty of speed & power, that blows the latest atom processors, out of the
water.
You also get Windows 7 os (the real deal, not the starter), which is a pretty intuitive, Mac-like operating system.
The only downside is 2 USB ports, no HDMI, and obviously, no DVD drive.
But the positives far outweigh any of the negatives, especially when you consider the current pricetag.
There are no two ways about it: This is a beautiful, sleek, efficient machine.
It's solidly built, with quality parts (there is nothing cheap about this 13.3, except it's price).
I regret that i didn't purchase more than one!
Dell is marketing these towords the Business market or business professionals (on a budget).
These laptops, though, make fine home & travel companions with an extremely light frame & weight.
Movies look great, no hiccups, so it's usable for just about anything except extreme gaming.
Dell is practically giving these machines away at prices comparable to a netbook or 11.6 inchers.
If you find 'em, grab 'em!
